Been more than 1 week din't come post a blog..
What a pity life i have ths 2 weeks..go office early morning..reach home at night..sometime need go workout..midnight only reach home...aiks,,,
Afetr MATTA fair more busy..aiks..
somehow..i still wil go workout & go more classes..hehe...wanna keep fit...
Schedule stil the same..have to check weather my r heavy or not lo..aiks..
pity..pity..pity..
But..i'm sure it'll going better & better...

California Fitnes

Hi Hi hi..Long time din't post a blog..it's because..i just join the California Fitnes last week..and i'm so so hardwork go thr everyday to workout..really a interesting place that can let me have a decision for joining. For sure,after join i can't eat more,spend more..aiks..
What so interesting? Yeah, i like it because got:swimming pool,jacuzzi,yoga(alwayz FULL),Body Combat,cycling class(alwayz FULL), Latino Jam,Belly Dance,MTV dance, Hip Hop,Pilates,Body Balance, Body Pump,Jazz Groove,ABT,Boxercise..etc

So far i had try the clases:Body Combat, Pilates, Miss the Latino Jam last nite(it seem interesting).

Below - the class that will go attend: -
Wed(14/3) 1830hrs-1930hrs : Body Combat(Steph)
2040hrs-2130hrs : Beginner cycling (Alex)--Need to book!!
Fri(16/3) 0710hrs-0810hrs : Body Combat(Cedric)
Sat(17/3) 1810hrs-1910hrs : Body Combat(Alvin)
Sun(18/3) 1010hrs-1110hrs : Body Combat(Jason)

The 15th Day of Chinese New YEar

日子过得好快好快。。从2006年到2007年有如只是一瞬间。。来不及思考在那一年里干了什么，新的一年就毫不留情的来报道了。。农历新年也跑来了。。然后现在又要跑路了。。再过不久，我的牛一又要来找我了。。不知该高兴好还是。。自己去举办生日会会开心一点？哈哈。。想太多了。。

今天是元宵节，也是农历新年初十五呃。。但是下过雨后的天气还是超闷热的嘛。。心情也跟着天气而改变。。没有去抛甘接蕉呢。。明年才去吧。。

新的一年应该要有人生所谓的目标，那日子才过得有意义，对吧。。？生肖的每年预测说今年我的事业有看头，看来要努力去拼了才会有成就吧？但我还蛮会做事三分钟热度的，这缺点也被算进去了呢！！哈哈。。
我要订目标：今年上DD不亏本，有得赚。因为“有人”请去台湾旅行，又可以跟燕妮去我超想去的香港，不错吧！又可以解决钱和时间的烦恼呢。。

所谓钱不是万能，没钱万事不能！
好吧，那应该好好的加把劲了！！
